WELCOME TO CLASS 5A
The new academic session 2023-24 started from 3rd April. The bright young gems of class 5A began the new school year full of hopes and great enthusiasm. It's simply amazing to enter a class filled with eager students waiting to learn new things and explore the wonderful world around them.
Our class performed havan on 10th April and sought blessings of the almighty for a great year ahead. The students prayed wholeheartedly for everyone's good health, happiness and success.
Our class presented a special assembly on the topic 'WORLD HEALTH DAY' on 11th April. They beautifully highlighted the significance of good health and the most effective ways to maintain it through apt speeches, dramatic presentations and a poem recitation. It was a very informative and entertaining assembly enjoyed by one and all.
It has been very rightly said that 'The world belongs to those who read.' To encourage the habit of reading amongst students, D.E.A.R. (Drop Everything And Read) time is regularly observed in our class.
Competition is always good because through it we discover what we are capable of and how much more we can actually do than we ever believed possible. We participate in competitions regularly and win laurels for our class.
Family members are like branches on a tree. We grow in different directions, yet our roots remain as one.On 17th May, the students made gorgeous photo frames in their W.E. activity as a celebration of Family Day.
Shloka Gayan Competition was organised on 17th May 2023 in which the students beautifully recited neeti shlokas and won the hearts of the judges as well as the audience. The aim of art is not to represent the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance. On 19th May, the students participated in a mass painting competition. They made spectacular thought provoking paintings highlighting the importance of 'Van Mahotsav'.
The students enjoyed their summer vacations from 20th May to 2nd June,2023. They joined school on 3rd July 2023 after a long and rejuvenating break.
Art and craft activities provide children with ample opportunities to explore and express their creativity in a myriad ways. As they dapple in colours and textures, they see the world around them in new light. The students had a lovely time doing 'Vegetable Printing' as a part of their W.E. activity on 5th July 2023. They created stunning paintings using their imagination.
